Police detain former Deputy Central Bank Chairman Korishchenko
MOSCOW, Jun 18 (PRIME) -- The police detained Former Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank and department head of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) Konstantin Korishchenko on embezzlement accusations on Friday.
" The Tverskoi district Court received a request from an investigator to choose a preventive measure in the form of detention in respect of K.N. Korishchenko accused under Article 160 part 4,” a court representative told PRIME.
Korishchenko can face 10 years in prison.
